This privacy policy sets out the basis on which any personal data that Ladysitters collects from you, or that you provide and how it will be processed and stored. Please read the following carefully to understand how Ladysitters will treat and regard your personal data.

HOW WE COLLATE INFORMATION

* Information that you provide by filling in forms (including any that may be on the website), which includes requesting further services;
* If you contact us by email, records of the correspondence may be kept;
* Details of transactions you may carry out through this site and of the fulfilment and administration of your orders (where applicable).

YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We comply with our obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by:

* Keeping personal data up-to-date;
* Storing (and destroying it) securely;
* Not collecting or retaining excessive amounts of data;
* Protecting personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access and disclosure; and ensuring that appropriate technical measures are in place to protect personal data.

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

* To contact those clients as necessary in accordance with the services they have requested;
* To deliver the services that clients have requested;
* To maintain my own accounts and records.

Individual client data will only be passed to a third party (the babysitter who will be fulfilling the sit). It is provided in confidence and for their information only.

YOUR RIGHTS

Unless subject to an exemption under the GDPR, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

* To be informed what information we hold about you;
* To access the information we hold about you (free of charge);
* To rectify any inaccurate, out-of-date or incomplete personal information;
* The right to not be subjected to automated decision making, including profiling;
* To withdraw consent for using your personal information;
* To request your personal information be erased where it is no longer necessary for us to retain such data (although we can decline whilst the information is needed for us to continue providing a service to you);
* The right, where there is a dispute in relation to the accuracy or processing of your personal data, to request a restriction is placed on further processing;
* The right to object to the processing of personal data; and
* The right to lodge and complaint with the Information Commissioners Office (see below).

COMPLAINTS NOTICE

The client has the right to complain to the Independent Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if they think there is a problem with the way we are handling their data (https://ico.org.uk/concerns/handling)

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We do not disclose your personal information to anyone other than the babysitter who will be babysitting for you.

We and our trusted partners use cookies and other technologies in our related services, including when you visit our Site or access our services.

We also use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about your use of the Site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users access the Site, what pages they visit when they do so, etc. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve our Site and services. Google Analytics collects the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit sites, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to this Site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy.
